BUILDING

MAINTENANCE

We offer a complete review of school accommodation in compliance with Building Bulletin criteria and undertake internal remodelling, extensions, and new build developments to meet the needs of the school. We offer a holistic integrated professional service from inception to completion so that the school operates cohesively during all building work that is undertaken. We have extensive experience in undertaking internal refurbishments and small extensions up to 6FE new build developments including all necessary Special Needs School requirements. Project values from £75,000 to new build projects valued at £14.5 million have been undertaken successfully.

INTERNAL RE-PLANNING, EXTENSIONS & NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENTS

Review and preparation of complete building survey including all mechanical and electrical components.

 

This will be undertaken in accordance with the EFA template requirements and can be used in support of bid applications. All elements are detailed with a description of the condition which is then categorised into a priority and yearly status.

2016 - 2017

Hotel – The conversion of a detached Squash Court facility into to a Wedding Suite facility / Function Room with support accommodation

 

Restaurant / Residential Conversion and Extension – Ground floor works included a conversion and extension in order to change the use from a shop to an Italian Restaurant. The First and Second floor required internal pre-planning and an extension to achieve a bedsit, 1-bed unit and 2-bed unit.
