KEY PROJECTS

Lead Project Manager for fire compliance upgrade programme involving 18 schools for Kent Catholic School Partnership valued at about 1.6 million over the last 9 months.

Lead Project Manager in the delivery of educational funded CIF bids involving fire compliance remedial works to roofs, replacement windows over 12 separate schools in the past 12 months.

Project Manager and Co-ordinator for London Borough of Bromley Primary Expansion Programme. This comprises five schools across the Borough with project values of between approximately £1.3 to £4.6 million

 Lead Project Manager for the delivery of the £12.5m new-build SEN School Willow Dean for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This was a complex phased-scheme involving extensive consultation between parties and was delivered using a steel frame/SIPS modular system. The scheme was shortlisted for the RICS Design and Innovation Awards in 2016.

Lead Project Manager for the London Borough of Lewisham Primary School Basic Needs Programme. This comprised of approximately five schools across the Borough with project values of between £250,000 to £4m. This involved alterations within existing schools as well as new build modular classrooms to provide fast-track solutions to the shortages of primary places.

Lead Project Manager and Employers Agent for the delivery of a new build £7.5m new-build 2FE Primary School called St Mary Magdalene in an extensive urban site.The School was again highly recommended by the RICS in 2012 for a Design Innovation Award and was runner up in the ‘Best New Primary’ Award.

Experience as Project Manager/Lead Consultant for the Metropolitan Police. This involved a wide range of projects including office refurbishment at their main Headquarters in Vauxhall, delivery of modernisation programmes throughout the Metropolitan Estate and administration of work generated from Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules.

Extensive experience in dealing with Estate Regeneration & Remodelling, involving working with Poplar HARCA in Tower Hamlets to deliver a number of projects with combined construction values between £50,000 and £2m.This included the regeneration of the Bow Bridge Estate in Tower Hamlets, the regeneration of Ballinger, Dorrington and Henshaw Residential Blocks as well as the regeneration of Langdon House.

Rehabilitation work for Local Housing Authorities, predominantly in the London Boroughs of Wandsworth, Lewisham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets and Westminster, and Brighton and Hove Council. These range from Edwardian and Victorian houses, purpose built blocks and inter-war blocks. Works involved  Decent Homes, roof repairs/renewals, window replacements, external cladding and general external envelope works.
