RPT Consultants was founded in 2016 by Paul Turner BSc MRICS.
Prior to RPT Consultants Paul had an extensive 29-year career at Pellings LLP based in Bromley, Kent, where he was a Practice Partner from 2003.
RPT Consultants specialises in Building Surveying, Project Management, Architecture and Planning across many sectors, with our primary focus being in the Education sector.
We focus on our core skills and delivery of a high-quality service across all the areas in which we work. Our client relationships are paramount, and we pride ourselves on the professional services we provide ensuring your needs are always carried out to the highest standard.
We are based in Sevenoaks, and service London and the surrounding counties.

RPT Consultants has a core team of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers, and works in collaboration with partners providing Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering expertise.
We have worked with our supply chain partners for many years. This facilitates a full multi-disciplinary team where we are the main focus and point of contact for all projects.
Over the past 30 years we have gained considerable experience in professionally running individual and multidisciplinary projects. Our experience and depth of knowledge is highly regarded within the client base in which we work.
We specialise in Education and Housing and are experts in Procurement, Project Management, Contract Administration, Employers Agent and Building Surveying. We also have extensive experience in dealing with maintenance, rehabilitation, conversion, refurbishment and new build projects. Working with the London Borough of Bromley and the Royal Borough of Greenwich we have delivered award-winning high-performance schools including Willow Dene SEN School and St Mary Magdalene CofE Primary School.
Since its inception, RPT Consultants has worked with the Kent Catholic School Partnership Academy, and has undertaken Condition Surveys across 21 schools within the group, providing strategic estate management advice and delivery of the project schemes in all schools within a maintenance budget of approximately £2 million per year. In addition, several Condition Improvement Funding Applications have been completed on behalf of numerous clients. We understand how educational buildings work and what’s best in design for curriculum delivery. We strive to ask the right questions to ensure we consult with the right people in your school to achieve excellence.
We facilitate workshops to define the brief, liaise with staff to identify needs and lead presentations to Governors, or Boards of Trustees, on detailed proposals for any implementation.
